Architectural Review Committee
Pebble Creek Homeowners’ Association is a deed restricted community with a board appointed Architectural Review Committee. The ARC is responsible for doing property inspections and mailing notices of non-compliance issued to owners. All visible exterior changes, maintenance and repairs to your home or property are under the scope of the ARC. Exterior changes are to be reviewed by the ARC, even matters such as painting the same color of your home, adding exterior modifications, fencing and staining of driveways and/or replacing existing features to your residence, must be approved by the ARC.
To have a project reviewed for approval, you must submit an application/request form that documents your intentions. 30 days is required for approval, no work can be done until you have written approval. The ARC meets the second Tuesday of every month at the BOD meeting at 6:30 p.m., and any other time needed. Said notice of meeting is posted on the web page and bulletin board by the Landing, all homeowners are welcome.
Architectural Review Request Form: This is the form that must be filled out and approved by the ARC prior to any work commencing. Failure to complete the form and receive approval can result in costly expenses to the homeowner for removal of construction or repairs, attorney’s fees and costs at the homeowners’ expense.
